After experimenting in the kitchen, Big K crafted a signature barbecue rub so good that her friends and family couldn’t stop asking for it. What began as a simple homemade recipe quickly turned into a local favorite — a small-batch seasoning made with love, quality ingredients, and a chef’s touch.

In 2020, Big K launched her first BBQ rub business, and it took off right away. People loved the depth of flavor, the balance of spices, and the versatility that made every meal taste like it came straight off the grill.

Life had other plans for a while, and Big K had to pause production. But the requests never stopped coming in. Friends, customers, and food lovers kept asking when Big K’s BBQ rubs would return.
